Michael Gallagher, Managing Partner & Co-founder
Mike leads Castle Pines Capital’s strategy development, finance, technology, legal and administrative functions, and is a member of the Executive Credit Committee.
He has over 18 years of experience in both the technology and financial industries. Before founding CPC, Mike held key management roles at companies such as LoneTree Capital, MediaOne Group, Inc. and Arthur Andersen LLP. In these positions, he managed a $150-million private investment portfolio, was actively involved in sourcing deals, and directed new product and business development. In addition, Mike performed financial consulting services ranging from the development of hedging strategies to transaction support on initial public offerings for clients in the telecommunications and financial markets industries.
Mike holds a B.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management..
