Wells Fargo completes
Acquisition of
Castle Pines Capital
On July 1, 2011, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. completed its acquisition of Castle
Pines Capital LLC (CPC), a leading provider of innovative, worldwide channel
financing solutions to resellers in the technology industry. The
transaction was originally announced on May 26, 2011.
Castle Pines Capital's channel finance capabilities will join the family of commercial finance products and services offered by Wells Fargo Capital Finance, part of the Wholesale Banking group. The business will continue to serve its customers and marketplace under the Castle Pines Capital identity while its systems and processes are added to those of the broader organization.
